We are thrilled to announce that we won the competition for the future design of the Royal Palace Gardens in Brussels!

The heritage value of the site was a call for a careful and restrained intervention: a dynamic garden with a contemporary structure and planting scheme, integrated into its context. The three gardens are a variation on a common theme, each featuring a water basin, creating a certain cohesion and a recognisable whole.

The design aims to serve as an example by anchoring the historical framework within a contemporary interpretation of planting and design principles. This intervention enhances the site’s aesthetic quality and affirms the identity of this part of the city. The careful selection of plants and materials fosters a timeless atmosphere that reflects the cultural richness of the place while supporting its ambitions.
