Erik Dhont Landscape Architect in partnership with BPI development, HUB architects, Styfhals & partners and Daidalos, is laureate for the competition for the GITO redevelopment in Tervuren. The old school complex will make place for an ecologically embedded living environment, reinforcing the spatial and social fabric of the town center.

A pedestrian passage through the site strenghtens the spatial fabric, connecting various collective facilities and common (outdoor) spaces on the site.

An interplay of soft verges and open ditches organize the space. They allow a proper water management and provoke a seasonal botanic diversity.
